Join us for an educational self-defense class! Stephen and Kim Bugler have graciously offered to hold a self-defense class for our co-op. Stephen will be covering play ground bully situations and kidnapping scenarios. For more information, see the "About The Event" section.

About the event
Sifu Stephen, Head Instructor at Integrated Martial Arts, will be covering play ground bully situations and kidnapping scenarios. Target age is upper elementary. However, having parents there and participating will be helpful and important as parents can play the "kidnapper" role. Please arrive 15 minutes early. Each participant should wear comfortable [exercise/flexible - type] clothing with clean dry sneakers [no mud/slush/etc.] and come to the event expecting to participate physically. Each participant needs a waiver signed by a parent or guardian. Each participant is $30 a person, or $100 per family of 4 or more. Payments can be by check or cash at the door, or made through Venmo @Stephen-Bugler.
