Arrows Board of Directors
Who We Are

Cherish Hammer
President
I have been a part of Arrows since 2018. I assumed leadership in 2020. My husband makes all of this possible and I am so grateful for how hard he works to ensure we get to homeschool. I have three kids who are 5th grade, 12th grade and a recent graduate! I absolutely love homeschooling, it is a big part of who we are as a family. I feel so blessed to have found Arrows right at the start of our homeschool journey.

Rachel Reichenberg
Vice President
I have been with Arrows since 2021 when my daughter was in preschool. We were called to homeschool even before we had our daughter. Arrows has helped fill the space of learning with others. She is an only child and loves to be surrounded by friends.
The board was formed in 2023 to help distribute the load and responsibility that it takes to operate a co-op of this size and I felt lead to be a part of it. As the board worked through what it would look like I changed roles a few times, I took the VP role at the start of the 2024-25 school year. I am very grateful to have found Arrows so early on.

Our family has been a part of Arrows since 2022, starting when my oldest was barely three! I always wanted to teach my own kids, so I got my degree in education so I could teach at their school one day. Let's just say, I saw the village and didn't want it raising my kids! I feel so blessed that my husband was homeschooled and passionate about homeschooling our own children. I have four kids who are 1st grade, preschool, and two in nursery! We love the curriculum that Arrows uses and Mondays are an integral part of our homeschool week.

Caitlin Blevins
Field Trip Coordinator
God placed homeschool on my heart when my son was 5 years old, after a bad experience in Kindergarten. I swore I would never homeschool, but God had other plans, and I am so glad He did! I have been homeschooling my children, since 2013 and joined Arrows in 2021, when we moved to Idaho. I have three children ages 18, 10, and 8. My 18 year old is graduating this year. This is my second year on the board as the Field Trip Coordinator, and it fills my cup! Arrows has been a blessing and second home for us. We have had the best support and village in this community. I am so grateful everyday God brought us here.
